Email Charter Flight Support with a copy of an operator quote (either your in-fleet quote or your buy-price as a broker).

Once CFS promptly responds with a Support Quote and Trip Agreement, accept the agreement and pay the support fee

Charter Flight Support FAQs

  • Peace of mind and financial assurance – When mechanicals arise, CFS will cover up to 100% of the price difference between what was originally booked and the costs of the replacement aircraft. CFS will work closely with your team to provide a replacement aircraft that is comparable to the same cabin class or larger.

    Example:
    Original charter flight cost = $25,000
    Mechanical AOG event occurs
    Replacement aircraft cost = $50,000
    CFS will cover 100% of the cost increase ($25,000) and the customer is not responsible
  • Yes – All recovery options will meet or exceed the safety standards set by the original operator unless approved by the client. CFS will only provide recovery options reflective of your Approved Operator List and/or DNU List.
  • No – This Aircraft Recovery Support is 100% optional for both you and the retail customer. Your dedicated CFS Advisor will offer this support as requested on a per trip basis. You may select support as desired.
  • The CFS fee is fully refundable in this situation – The CFS Support Fee is separate from your contract with the Operator and the Terms and Conditions for that specific trip. You may be subject to other charter cancellation fees other than CFS, but the CFS product is entirely refundable.
